Short and sweet episode today where I talk about how to get through this weird and wonderful time where we don't know what day it is and chocolate is a perfectly acceptable breakfast I cover a few things you can do to help feel a lil normal during this time 

They include 

1. Drink water and tips to get more in 

2. Move - doesn't have to be a gym workout but even a walk can help you feel a lil less gremlinlike

3. Don't be a afraid to say No - don't run yourself into the ground to accomodate others

4. Everyday is a new day Its a mad time of year so don't be afrain to embrase the chaos!
