Sometimes you have to pause and reflect to realize how far you’ve come.
About 6, maybe 7 years ago Tonya and I were fully in the mix of Creating the Life We Love.
We had created a new business and we had dreams of coaching people to live their best lives.
It had begun, but the time invested had not reached a financial return.
We had to part with our beloved Jeep Wrangler and many other worldly possessions.
It was a struggle everyday financially and emotionally.
My wife and I love the Texas Gulf Coast. , but we didn’t have gas money to get to the coast, so one afternoon I created our own little beach paradise on our back porch.
I bought a 5lb bag of sand at Lowe’s, cheap ass beach decorations at The Dollar Store and a 6-pack of Dos XX at the Package Store(this was a huge splurge) and we raised our glasses to our dreams, put our toes in the sand, sang some TX Country Music and promised that we would never stop Aging with Awesomeness and Creating the Life WE Love together no matter how hard the challenges and invite others to join us in Aging with Awesomeness.
All this to remind you that dreams don’t have an expiration date and NEVER stop Dreaming big, Dreaming often and Dreaming out loud.
