Description

Work smarter, not harder is something I am trying to improve in my work habits each week.  This saying also goes for how I shop, mini prep, and plan for weekly meals. 

Do not be alarmed by the word "meal prepping", these 5 simple tips will take less than 20 minutes for the entire week to help make lunches, snacks, and dinner run smoother and stress less about what to eat. 

I will explain how F.A.S.T is more than meaning amount of time, I have named this method for the must-haves for making a balanced meal.
