Remy got his start as an international recruiter for the University of Victoria, then pivoted to tech where he ended up working in various remote-hybrid sales and customer success roles. Following that, he was a General Manager for Canada's largest coding bootcamp, Lighthouse Labs, where he managed the Vancouver campus in-person, and remote staff and campuses in Victoria and Calgary. He now works fully remote for Teamit, helping them build top-tier distributed developer teams for various tech companies.
