I love listening to loads of different voices, listening to the tones, sounds and uniqueness of our voice.
Sometimes you need to use no+ because to soften the blow, this is part 4 of 4 in the say no series.
It might help to give these alternatives too: Not, ‘Not at this time’, not ‘I don’t think so’, not ‘I’m not sure’, not ‘Maybe next time’.
Try it the next time you get asked to do something you really don't want to do.
