Self-care is not just gratifying the external self y spending money on beautification of the self, getting one’s hair and nails done. It is also about fortifying the internal self. Self-care is the intentional act of one focusing on the inner self through introspection, reflection, and creative expression.

Affirmations are gentle reminders of who you are. We all experience times when our confidence and esteem have been low.
