We know the calorie deficit is the end all be all of dieting. ⁣

As in, you physically cannot lose fat (regardless of how you eat) without one. ⁣

⁣So then the question is, how do you calculate your calorie deficit?⁣

⁣Everyone’s calorie numbers should be different. ⁣

⁣There’s not an inherent 1200 or 1500 calorie number that rules the fat loss world. ⁣

⁣It’s all individual. ⁣
