We know the calorie deficit is the end all be all of dieting.
As in, you physically cannot lose fat (regardless of how you eat) without one.
So then the question is, how do you calculate your calorie deficit?
Everyone’s calorie numbers should be different.
There’s not an inherent 1200 or 1500 calorie number that rules the fat loss world.
It’s all individual.
