In previous shows, I mentioned that thoughts create our feelings, feelings influence the action we take or don’t take, and the action produces the result.Todd Kashdan of George Mason University says, “What we know from science is that our greatest regrets don’t come from trying, and failing, but not approaching at all. That inaction bothers us more.”
In other words, it’s much better to come from a place of curiosity because if we are constantly judging what’s going on around us, other people, or ourselves. Chances are we block a lot of our ability to make progress or change. We miss the opportunity to take action and create the outcome we desire.
Knowing all of this, if we observe our world, thoughts, others, and ourselves from a place of curiosity, we are more likely to build the life we want, right? We grow. We learn. We connect. We relate. We open up to other possibilities around us.
