I believe that how we spend our days IS how we spend our lives.



This means that each and every little thing we do, no matter how long it takes us, will have a direct impact on how our life feels going forward.



So often we feel like we’re just crossing out another thing on our list, and life is just zooming past.



Maybe we don’t realize how much of our time is being spent planning too much for the future---and we’re not really living intentionally because of it.
