Description

I think my voice talent was where I first realized when self-doubt came into my life. You know those pesky little voices inside our heads---screaming you can’t do that---what are you thinking!? You’ll never make it 2 seconds up there on stage. Those calls seemed to rule my life---the better parts of it anyway.

We tell ourselves lots of stories---maybe it’s to hide the pain of embarrassment, the doubt we have about ourselves. Whatever the story might be, we have lots and lots of them. Many of them on repeat since childhood---for sure! But what if we embraced all the messy parts of our life---didn’t deny them as part of our stories---and instead began to rewrite all the lies we’ve been telling ourselves for way too long?
