Dan made the move from Cape Town to the UK after he had matriculated at Rondebosch Boys High School and has since made his debut for Surrey County Cricket team and since has rubbed shoulders with many childhood hero’s of his (and mine) 😜🏏 One thing that has really stood out to me was the chat about the culture of processes over outcomes and finding the balance between not getting to caught up in the highs and lows of cricket! 💯🤩 Thanks for joining me in the zoom room, Dan!
