Life is going to bring tough times, but tough times brings opportunity to grow. Most times as humans we don't think that way. We will run away from pain and failure thinking that we will win that race. News flash, that is a race we will never ever be able to win. In tough times we have to remember that self-talk is important and when we pray or complain, God is listening. I think when we are able to talk positive over our lives, that shows our faith and understanding that God is with us always and he will see us through anything.
