**TRIGGER WARNING** Sexual Harassments and Sexual Abuse **  You guys, this episode is a doozy.  I go off a little in a way that I don't think I have in a podcast to date.  I am extremely passionate about this topic and extremely tired of the minimalization of the issue. 

In this episode I am discussing, from my perspective, how men treat women in public.  I am talking about being sexualized, over and over, by men in my life and by strangers in public.  It is sickening to think about the things that happen on a daily basis that we don't talk about.  In this episode: 

• I am openly talking about where my sexual trauma came from and the effect it had on me.
• I am talking about several situations where I have been the victim to sexual harassment. 
• I discuss things for women to remember when dealing with these situations.
• I am expressing my opinion on the damage that is done when we not only sexualize women, but make them feel as though they need to be small.
• I talk about WHY I dress nice and care about how I look, and SPOILER ALERT: It's not for men!
• I am breaking down any belief that a women is here for ANYTHING other than to be a powerful Goddess.
