Negative emotions can come at a moments notice and will take over your day if you allow them too. Most of the time, these negative emotions are a reaction to some kind of trigger from a past trauma. These past traumas and pain can cause a lot of disruption to our life’s if we allow them to trigger us. By having the knowledge of what our triggers are, as well as a good set of tools for how to deal with these triggers, you can manage them in a way that they no longer disrupt your life.
