Today I want to share one brilliantly simple practice you may not have heard of yet: habit stacking. In his book Atomic Habits, James Clear introduces this effective technique. It involves "stacking" the new behavior you're trying to adopt onto a current behavior in order to help you remember to do it and/or perform it with less mental effort.
Make the decision to do your daily gratitude when you first wake up in the morning, or after you brush your teeth, or while you are sipping your cup of coffee... the reward will be a life of more bliss!!
