In the forty-fifth podcast journal of Brain Vomit, I discuss how these last couple weeks have been difficult, and I have been feeling burned out. A couple of days back, I incentivized my self to do all my chores and responsibilities by promising my self a bubble bath with a couple of beers (it was best bath beer ever). In our hectic days full of stress and work, it is crucial to reward ourselves. I want to start adding daily, weekly and monthly rewards, so I have something to look forward to and balance out all the stress of the modern world.
