Description

In the fifty sixth podcast journal of Brain Vomit, I discuss and explain the cognitive distortion known as catastrophizing. I continue the pournal by talking how my mental errors cause me anxiety for small and large tasks. Getting in the way of me growing or pursuing my goals, because I life in fear of the worst case scenarios. I need to untangle these anxieties, so I can begin to live.
