Laura Madaio, a.k.a. @GriefHungry on Instagram, is a grief advocate, home chef and recipe developer who offers tips for easy recipes, as well as a blunt, realistic approach to grieving.
Since losing her beloved Dad to a tragic accident in 2018, Laura developed a strong sense of devotion to putting weight behind the topic of grief and encouraging nurturing ourselves, honoring our losses and (hopefully) finding the zen in chopping vegetables.
