Mike agreed that the term BOSS is nowadays a term that shouldn’t be utilized. He even goes further and calls out the term manager. As a leader and providing leadership, Mike is with the Team, part of the team. They are all on the same level and Mike helps and assists. There would be no reaching of goals if the team wouldn’t be one. Together we are stronger.
