Gene Boshkaykin brings us into his world through his paintings and brilliantly illustrates, he explains his journey from being raised in Duluth, Minnesota and eventually moving to Thunder Bay, Ontario on tonight's episode. He tells us all about doodling with his brothers around 1978 and pursuing Bachelor in Fine Arts to fuel his creative journey. Gene Boshkaykin has sketched many prominent celebrities including his childhood hero Robert Smith, Tom Cruise, Robin Williams and he likes getting replies like getting a reply from Ashley Callingbull-Burnham on Facebook. He was featured in the WallEye Magazine for his exemplary work in the field of art. (March 2022) He wishes to reach a worldwide audience with his paintings and believes commissioned work is the way to go for a struggling artist.
