#123 - Thinking Differently about Relationships
In all of the behavioral studying and teaching that I do I am constantly reminded that regardless of my preferences, I need to put people above tasks. When I put people first then my tasks will get done quicker and more efficiently.
While in Papua New Guinea I was reminded that the people are all about relationships, not productivity. During this episode I share three examples of what relationship-focus looks like in action.
