On Today's episode i go over 5 tips for yourself when eating out at a restaurant. Hope you take some value away from it.
1. Choose the meal you are going to have before arriving at the restaurant. Track it on myfitnesspal then plan the rest of your daily macronutrients targets around that specific meal .
2. Save X’s amount of calories for the end of the day and just call it even, I would suggest to guess slightly over what you think it may be .
3. You could maybe skip normal snacks that you would have in the day and save the calories for a larger meal at dinner or lunch , this isn’t one of the best ones to do as it’s just a guessing game but if you aren’t aware of cals/macros it’s an suggestion .
4. Choose a whole, nutritious, healthy option on the menu containing at least 1-2 serves vegetables and a lean protein source .
