On today's episode i am joined by Jay Ellis who is the Strength & Conditioning Coach at Melbourne United.
Jay has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science/Human Movement, a Master’s Degree In Sport Science/Strength and Conditioning and is a registered Level 2 Coach of the ASCA (Australian Strength and Conditioning Association). Jay has spent time working within the AFL/VFL (Collingwood and Melbourne), ABL (Australian Baseball League) and overseas within US College Football (NC State), whilst Jay is currently working with Melbourne United (NBL) and Frankston Blues (NBL1).
We spoke about Jay's journey in the industry having spent some time overseas in the America Football system as a coach.
