In episode #25, Coach Lou and Coach George sat down with their good friend Jamie Quinn. Jamie is entering his 3rd season as the head coach at Fairleigh Dickenson University-Florham and his 6th season as an Assistant coach of the Orleans Firebirds in the prestige's Cape Code Collegiate Summer League. We discussed coaching styles, how to interact with players, and what it really takes to want to coach. We also talked about creating a positive but accountable team environment.
