In this week's episode of the Forza Athletics Life and Coaching Podcast I share some thoughts about what happened to me a couple of weeks ago-my first split with a post-collegiate thrower. It's not a topic I've discussed before because it's the first time I've had a post-collegiate athlete decide they wanted to go in a different direction and hire another coach.
