Coach Pender is the HFC at Vance HS in NC. Coach Pender was a well-respected Defensive Coordinator in NC and SC before becoming an HC. Coach Pender played for me at Franklinton HS before playing college ball at Catawba. Coach shares his thoughts on building a championship culture.
