We've reached double digits! In episode 10 of Attempted Topics the group discusses the 2016 slasher film Terrifier. They discuss if new slasher icons could exist in today's horror movie climate, the very interesting production of this movie, is Art's name actually Arthur The Clown, why Tara is a perfect "final girl", and why using the Halloween holiday in your movie is a weird way of making your villain act like a weirdo.
In an attempt to fix the quality issues that have plagued the first 9 episodes of the podcast we decided to try something new to record and unfortunately we were met with many technical difficulties so this episode ended up being about 20 minutes shorter than a normal episode.
