Recently DR. Boyce Watkins made trip to Ghana. While visiting Ghana he met with Ghanaian king to promote tourism for Ghana. He stated he want Negro Americans to come and invest in Ghana. Historically speaking Ghana haven’t been there for Negro Americans. The Ashanti kingdom especially king and Queen have made billions of dollars throughout the centuries selling Africans to the Arabs and European. Most of those Africans leaders doesn’t have our best interest at heart. They’re promoting their country so then can make millions of dollars in tourism. The average travel package to visit Ghana cost between 5,000 to 7,500 dollars per person. Going to Africa doesn’t benefit us spiritually and financially. It’s only benefit those Africans countries. Our focus should be on getting those 16,000,000 acres of land that Congress have taken away from those Negro farmers throughout the South and the Midwest. I have no resentment towards Dr. Boyce Watkins . However I want him to focus his energy more on investing and building our community throughout this country not Africa. Lastly the Trans Atlantic Slave Trade never happened. They don’t have no documents in the Vatican, Library of Congress and Geneva to proof it. They Slave Trade we should investigate and research is The ( SUB SAHARA SLAVE TRADE) . It’s time for us to wake up and know the truth about our history. I strongly believe this is a hustle for those Africans leaders to promote their countries and make millions.
