Gethin Nadin is an MBPsS Psychologist and Fellow at the RSA, who has worked in HR Tech for 20 years. He is a frequent speaker and writer on the subjects of global employee engagement, HR, the employee experience, employee benefits and financial wellbeing. Gethin is also a member of the BPsS Division of Occupational Psychology and Chair of the Engage for Success Thought Action Group on Wellbeing. He is a key stakeholder for cross-industry wellbeing KPI’s for rail and transport alongside the RSSB and the DfT.
