Neill Morley is a senior manager, and a member of the IT Leadership team at DLA Piper International LLP. He is based in the Manchester office in the UK. He has cross functional accountability within the IT department for Learning & Development, Communications & engagement and "Our community". He is accountable for firm-wide Legal Technology education, and a key contributor towards firm-wide initiatives such as the Business Service skills framework, Values embedding and Well-being.
Neill has held a number of positions at DLA Piper, including: Continental European service manager; IT Learning manager; Customer experience manager. He has been a contributing member of Legal Technology Core Competency Certification Coalition [LTC4] for over 5 years.
Neill has spent the last 20 years in the Legal Industry, all of which have been at DLA Piper, but with wonderful support from his peers in other firms. Previous to this, Neill was an IT project manager for a small family run IT firm.
Neill is passionate about effective altruism, family (first and always the most), and interested in: leadership; behavioral economics; ideas; rugby; sailing.
