Homeownership can be a great thing and a phenomenal tool to build wealth, as long as we know what's involved in the buying process long term up-keep.
On the other hand, if we don't understand the process and resources available, we may end up overpaying for a house that needs thousands of dollars in repairs just to make it livable again, and then sell it at a loss. That sucks!
That's not how you build wealth.
