When we fear failure, it tends to be deep rooted and there’s this urge of escaping from facing failure.  We don’t essentially see failure as a sign of improvement.  Could this be related to some type of trauma that we may have experienced in the past?  If so, do you mind going over what trauma is and how it affects our psyche?
