In this week’s highly requested solo episode, I'm sharing my personal story of why I am no longer vegan after almost 8 years of eating a strictly plant-based diet. I talk about why I initially went vegan in the first place at the age of 15, dive deep into my personal experience with veganism, and share candidly on my reasons for incorporating animal products back into my diet. I also share all the changes I’ve experienced after this shift, tips and tools for anyone who is going through a similar experience, & my takeaways and lessons from this entire journey.
