Bio: Keith Childress was born in Newark, New Jersey, and after graduating from Orange High School in Orange, New Jersey, he attended Montclair State University where he began to seriously write music. He was the director of the outstanding 120-voice Montclair University Gospel Choir. Keith later transferred to Oral Roberts University where he sang with the Oral Robert's TV Singers on the weekly telecast and traveled the world with the famed evangelist, Oral Roberts. Many of his compositions and arrangements were featured on the international telecast. Over his 40-plus year musical career, in addition to recording his own music, established Gospel artist tapped him for his compositions including Micah Stampley, Bishop TD Jakes and The Potter's House Choir, Carman, Beverly Crawford, Ron Kenoly, O'landa Draper, Londa Larmond, Morris Chapman, Voices Golden of Trinidad, and Kingsway Church of London England. This musical genius is also a dear friend who I toured with in the 1980s as a part of the Souls A'Fire Singers of Oral Roberts University.
