Alison is a Director at the Infrastructure and Project Financing Agency (“IPFA”), working as an in-house commercial and financial advisor to the Commonwealth government on infrastructure and other major projects.
Prior to joining IPFA, she worked as a finance lawyer for more than 13 years in top tier international law firms in both Australia and the broader Asia Pacific, as well as with a global investment bank in Germany, advising large lender syndicates, sponsors and government on a broad range of financing transactions.
She also formerly ran a pro bono legal clinic at a women’s shelter in King’s Cross, assisting at-risk women on a broad range of bespoke legal issues.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Law from the University of Sydney.
