Ian Thornton was born and raised in Huntington, WV, and is the founder of the Huntington Music & Arts Festival as well as WhizzbangBAM which represents multiple acts including; Tyler Childers, Ona, William Matheny, and Arlo McKinley & the Lonesome Sound. Ian also played a large role in organizing the Healing Appalachia concert series which takes place this fall in support of fighting the opioid epidemic.
