For this episode I reached out to my cousin/sister, Jeannie Rudley, to discuss the "Grief Experience". Jeannie, wears many hats like most of the women in our family. She is a Psych Nurse, Church Secretary, Volunteer, Peer Counselor, and Sister, just to name a few of the hats she wears on a daily basis. On April 13, 2020 her world changed dramatically with the loss of her mother. She was her mother's caretaker and served as her medical advocated during her long battle with breast cancer.
Jeannie, shares her intimate grief experience in a candid conversation with me. Jeannie and I have taken many journeys together and grief has certainly been one of the hardest to date.
