John chapter 8 the woman caught in adultery. So many times we focus on what's obvious and miss the big picture. This story is really about a god who was willing to forgive even the most egregious sins because he is the god of Mercy. The Bible tells us to receive Mercy we must be willing to forgive and give Mercy. Don't ask for justice but ask God for mercy so that Justice can clearly be served."I cannot and will not recant anything, for to go against conscience is neither right nor safe. Here I stand, I can do no other, so help me God." Amen.
