When setting a goal, many people get inspired by the prospect of something shiny, new, epic, and challenging. Often, though, it's only a matter of time before the goal becomes overwhelming and is lost in the shuffle of busy daily life. In this episode we discuss the components of SMART goals, embracing the ups and downs of the change process and share some successful (and not-so-successful) stories of goals we've witness through our work and lives.
