How do you speak to your body? How do you look at your body? If you're like most people there's some heavy critique in your inner monologue. Erin and Michael believe that being kind to oneself is much more beneficial, even when reaching for big goals or making lifestyle changes.

Join us as we talk through why we're big believers in speaking kindly to thyself, appreciating everything our bodies do and approaching diet, health and fitness with some grace and positivity. We also reveal how to get a "bikini body" (and you get to meet Michael's favorite coffee mug character. ;-)
