Most hoteliers believe they cannot be successful without the help of OTAs or Online Travel Agents like Booking.com & Expedia. A question popped up on a Facebook Group of Hoteliers that “Do hotels need OTAs?”, and a hotelier left a comment below that hoteliers cannot be successful without OTAs.
