Thank You Jesus
I think there’s good in every man. But the courage to be consistent with the good deeds has always been the big deal.
Welcome to My365 Devotional Challenge and today we talk Rejection.
Now that you’ve confessed and vowed to come off the habits like I’m doing myself, concentration comes in handy to help us in the process of Rejection.
Rejection in context here talks about us Forsaking and never going back to our sins.
We’ll gist on occasional falls in later episodes.
Rejection to me is actually refusing the option to relapse or settle for a lower experience.
There’s a higher and more dignified way we should carry ourselves as Reawakened Light bearers and when we fall short of that through sinning, which at this time doesn’t come naturally to us anymore, there are cringing consequences.
When you sit back at the end of every day and recount the events and accomplishments of that day, the things that you did right will speed through your mind and you are re-energized and re-enforced but the moment you recall a wrong turn you took, it automatically slows you down and your mind drifts away from that positive chain of thought and you either start fantasizing or wallowing. 30 minutes gone and you’re still trapped in that dulling tunnel. If it doesn’t bring immediate repentance, this is the moment that proper sin is preconceived.
We might look at ourselves as poor followers of Jesus Christ today but sooner than we expect, we’ll have to lead others do Confess now, Reject now and Rededicate yourself now.
Sing along with me.
Thank You Jesus
