If I ask someone:"Do you mind to come for a walk with me today?"the most common answer is:"I Just don't have time!".
I hear that a lot of time! But it's really true?๐Ÿค”
We have 168 hours a week...maybe it's not the quantity of time as it is but your motivation.
While you move you're more energetic and your brain works much better when you're active.
So here I talk about what my passion for walking has been teaching me and how many things you can learn just following your steps at your speed, in your own way.
