Alan Bacon graduated in 2003 with his degree in Criminal Justice and African American Studies. He currently serves as the Senior Director for the Social Innovation Fund for the United Way of Central Indiana, which is an initiative dedicated to fighting poverty in central Indiana. In this episode, Alan shares how his experience in performing arts, specifically with the IU Soul Revue, really shaped his identity as a creative, dynamic young leader.
