During their senior year at LMU, while COVID was keeping friends at a social distance, Nathan figured her can make these casual, bubbly drinks a lot better. He thought, let's get a lot more out of them with less of them, he brought the idea to his roommate Keefer, who wanted to create a brand that meant more to the community than just an alcohol company. Now LUM Spirits is getting awarded medals, beating The Rock in competitions, and above all, giving 6% of their proceeds to causes around the area.
