We all like the opportunity to turn the page over and start with a clean slate .  The perfect New Year's resolution takes into consideration the start of the new year and looks at how you will continue it through June July August and beyond . Your health in 2022 Is your responsibility.  Your health and fitness program may have to change three or four times throughout the year.  Your new year's resolution should be putting yourself in a position to make the changes throughout the year that you need to continue a healthy lifestyle in 2022 . We are focusing on improving the health of our community in 2022 . Happy New Year!
