In this episode Dave and I talk about how to make your health a priority in your daily activities. I have been asked on numerous occasions when is the best time to exercise. I answer this question the same every time I'm asked . You have to schedule your exercise and a healthy lifestyle has to be a priority in your life. So when you make an appointment for your health, make an appointment with the idea that it's not going to be changed and, it's just as important if not more important than any other appointment you have that day. Your house needs to be a priority treated that way and you will be very happy with the results.
