In this episode we had the opportunity to sit down with Sandi Marshall, director of the children's program and Erika Brown, Clinical Exercise Physiologist and lead therapist of the children's program for First Steps Wellness Centre in Regina, Saskatchewan.
Sandi obtained her Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Regina and after working in healthcare for five years joined the First Steps team in 2013 as an Exercise Therapist. We talk to these ladies about the centre they represent, First Steps Wellness Centre and their children's program. We have the utmost respect for First Steps and their team and we would like to thank them for taking some time to Ramble with ReYu!
