This week we continue with our activity based therapy series talking to Dr. Shaniff Esmail. In this episode we had the opportunity to sit down with Shaniff, he is an occupational therapist, professor, researcher and the Associate Chair in the Faculty of Rehabilitation - Occupational Therapy at the University of Alberta.  

Shaniff's research is in Sexuality and Disability and Quality of Life and Sexuality Education & Curriculum Development for Individuals with Disabilities. We talk to him about his history of how he became specialized in sexuality for people with disabilities, what being an Occupational Therapist means to him, what he has learned though his research and many more juicy nuggets of wisdom.
