2Lt James McWilliams is a recently commissioned officer on his way to becoming a Platoon Commander in 5 Scots, The Royal Regiment of Scotland. He joined the Army as an enlisted soldier, spending 5 years in the Infantry before transferring to the Royal Army PT Corps. He talks about his career path that took him to from Private soldier to the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, to become an officer as well as other interesting topics.
